ellos. just back from volleyball training which was quite slack, today basically we started by throwing and spiking the ball to each other or sth liddat, then went to the indoor sports complex where we intro-ed ourselves and played some simple games. then we practiced digging and somehow it doesn't seem so tough now. after which we did some sprint drill for PT, then did broad jumps (which was awkward) across the width of a basketball court. then cool down and dismissal. in short it was quite slack lah, even seems easy, but then again today is just the first training. am quite flabbergasted to know that tuesday and thursday is weight training for us. i just don't feel like working out yet.

before training anyway there was prefects invest which was quite fun since i got to skip half the math tutorial anyway. the prefects' entrance had me cringing cos it was so spastic having prefects pop into the hall holding halls pretending to be sleuths. and then everything else was pretty normal except the nep receiving badge thing was much faster this year, and there wasnt a video. then they did a dance that was really funny, looked like the one the axe gang did in kungfu hustle. poor tim chow, had to do it by himself at the start of the item, i'd never have the guts to do it ahaha.

yesterday we had class outing all the way at jurong. its at jurong cos our class rep suggested iceskating there and even though about half the class didnt wanna iceskate we were all too hum to tell her. lols. but we went all the same and amazingly the turnout was 21 outta 28 which to me is super shen. 75% leh. my og had 25%. anyway 11 of us went to watch hotel rwanda. it was good i guess, but somehow it didn't captivate me on an emotional level. so i'd say it was good but not fantastic, though chedale acted really well. when i left the cinema i just didnt feel emotional at all, which was different from after i watched a beautiful mind, for example. after the movie we went up to watch them iceskate and shao peng seems damn pro for a first timer. heng yi was absolutely hilarious, he kept holding hands with jiang zhe, shao peng or donovan or he'd be clutching to the side looking damn hum. damn funny. but anyway we went to pool after that and weiyang taught me how to play and it doesnt seem that hard, i guess i just need to practice. BUT GUESS WHAT? my parents forbid me from playing pool in the future cos they think there are gangsters and the like there so it might be dangerous. wth lah. how come the team b ppl and the delinquents never get bashed up by gangsters or sth. but anyway mr berge and mr chinks got whooped quite badly by hongmin and hengyi i heard. aha. okay so they won, but that's only cos hongmin and hengyi were fooling around near the end and then hongmin accidentally potted the black and white balls together.

actually i think our class is quite good and fun-loving and non-mugger lah. 75% attendance is shen (this coming from a former 3R student where only 3 ppl turned up for our class outing at escape theme park). in fact we're quite bad egg also. xingjuan and dai jing got screwed again by our beloved math tutor. and xingjuan is forever smsing in class and dai jing is either reading something else or just sleeping. lol they don't seem so bad egg anyway.

OH PLS TELL ME IF YOU KNOW WHERE TO BUY A SKIPPING ROPE I SERIOUSLY NEED PRACTICE.

shall go stone some more. tmr is a slack day end at 1230 then wait until 4 for training. at least life seems busier now with training, although i don't like reaching home after 730 and missing dinner with my parents. then again its like a kinda newfound freedom i enjoy.

anyway to berge and rags (and quite unfortunately kai) hope you get into vball. but from what i think from the emails sent on the school team yahoo grps, they will send sch team j2 vballers to watch and teach the rec team, and if u prove yourself to be good enough but just aren't in the sch team cos of the possibly-screwed selection system, they'll promote you into the school team. so if all fails, just go for rec team and impress the j2s, ya?
